Bong’s Design at Phnom Penh Farmers’ Market – A Weekend of Creativity and Community

Wv F3 Scaled

✨ We joined this past weekend the Phnom Penh Farmers’ Market hosted at F3 Friends Future Factory in Phnom Penh on the 7-Dec – and what an inspiring experience it was!

Celebrating Local Culture and Creativity

The Phnom Penh Farmers’ Market is more than just a place to shop – it’s a vibrant hub where artisans, food makers, and designers come together to share their craft. Hosted at the innovative F3 Friends Future Factory, the event brought together a diverse crowd of families, creatives, and community supporters.

At Bong’s Design, we showcased our Khmer-inspired cat and dog calendars, blending tradition with modern design. Visitors loved flipping through the pages, spotting familiar breeds, and learning about our upcoming co‑creation project where customers can request their favorite pets for future editions.

Why This Market Matters

  • 🌱 Sustainability & Local Impact – Supporting small businesses and eco‑friendly products.
  • 🎨 Creative Exchange – A chance to meet fellow designers and storytellers.
  • 🐾 Community Engagement – Inviting feedback and ideas directly from our customers.

Highlights from the Day

  • Meeting families who shared stories about their pets and suggested breeds for next year’s calendar.
  • Connecting with other local makers who are passionate about blending Khmer culture with modern design.
  • Experiencing the lively atmosphere of F3 Friends Future Factory – a space that truly embodies innovation and collaboration.
