Once we receive your application, our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours but it may take up to 48 hours.

Please note that the selection process for creative vendors is competitive, and we carefully evaluate each application to ensure a high standard of quality and alignment with our brand values. While we strive to respond to every inquiry, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants.

If your application is successful, we will provide you with additional details about the vendor agreement, commission structure, and any other relevant information. We aim to foster a collaborative relationship with our vendors and create a platform that highlights their unique creativity.

However, please note that during peak times or busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, it may take up to 72 hours for your item to be shipped.

Mobile Device Usage:

Although our Online Design Studio was primarily developed for desktop use, it can also be utilized on mobile devices for those moments of on-the-go creativity. However, please note that in situations where you need to access the studio on your mobile device, the user interface and experience may differ slightly from the desktop version, and some features might not be fully supported. Therefore, using a desktop system is still the preferred method of accessing our studio for the best experience and full functionality.

To place an order offline, simply follow these steps:

2. Select the options you would like and take note of the Unique Product Code (UPC) mentioned on the product page.

4. Send us a message with the UPC and include your design preferences, specifications and files.
