The name "Bong's Design" was chosen based on the Khmer word "Bong," which translates to "brothers," "sisters," "friends," or "peers" in English.

This name was selected because it represents the close-knit community and collaborative spirit that we wanted to foster through our design platform. By using the term "Bong's" in our name, we aim to create a sense of inclusivity and belonging for all individuals who engage with our platform.

"Bong's Design" as a whole is used to represent the designs of the users within the platform; by utilizing the possessive form, it signifies that the showcased designs on the platform belong to the individuals or groups who create them.

We take pride in sourcing our t-shirts through a careful selection process, working with several local tailors who must meet our high standards for quality and labor practices.

We are committed to supporting organizations that have a positive impact on local Cambodian communities and empower local artisans. By sourcing locally, we are able to foster economic growth and provide fair employment opportunities within Cambodia.

We are an online-based business and do have a concept store at Sorya Center Point Mall (4th Floor, #B4-A06) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

We also occasionally participate in pop-up events where you can see and purchase our products in person.

We strive to provide accurate product images; however, due to individual screen settings and lighting, there may be slight variations.

Since our products are customizable, there will be variations from the pictures shown on our website.

Bong's Design Online Studio is optimized for Desktop Chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.

Although it can be utilized on mobile devices for on-the-go creativity, the UI and experience may differ, and some features might not be fully supported; Desktop remains the preferred method for full functionality.

If you're experiencing difficulties, we offer an offline ordering service via email at design@bongs.design or through our Telegram channel.

Simply find the product you want in our Shop, note the (SKU), and message us with the SKU along with your design preferences and files.

After your payment is verified, we aim to ship your item within 36 hours. During peak times or busy periods like holidays or sales events, it may take up to 72 hours.

We will keep you informed with two notifications: when we start processing your order and when your item is shipped.
